LUMIBOX™ Warranty — 3 Years
If a malfunction happens during the warranty period, the device is accessed remotely to fix a possible software error. If the problem is hardware-based, you send the device in for a free-of-charge repair — fixed within 21 workdays or faster and shipped back. Warranty is honored through Lumitrix USA.
