Yes. All prices on this site are in US dollars with US invoicing — no currency conversion or import handling on your side.
Yes. Our turnkey service covers site assessment, mounting, wiring, and professional on-site calibration — the same service our clients highlight in their references. You can also self-install with our remote support.
Manufacturer warranties are honored directly through Lumitrix USA — you deal with us, not an overseas RMA process. The LAZR 20K™ carries a 3-year / 10,000-hour warranty; ask us for the current warranty terms of each product. See also the Terms & Conditions.
LAZR 4G™, LAZR 20K™, and LUMIBOX™ come with the built-in Lumiverse™ projection-mapping software — no separate license. The LAZR™ model instead accepts your own player via HDMI®/HDBaseT® (MadMapper® kit optional). The full software manual is at lm3x.guide.
For remote management, yes — smart models include a 4G-LTE modem (data SIM required, not included) and also support wired LAN or Wi-Fi. Without internet, shows still run locally on schedule; you just lose remote access.
They are built for it: IP43-rated bodies with IP68 connectors. The LAZR™/LAZR 4G™ operate from -4°F to 113°F and the LAZR 20K™ from -49°F to 113°F — snow, rain, and summer heat included.
